The Prime Minister, Theresa May, has announced there will be a snap general election on 8 June. This will be a very short general election campaign, so Hampstead & Kilburn Conservatives are wasting no time in speaking to voters across the constituency. We are starting TONIGHT. Local residents and businesses tell us they’re worried about the frightening increase in the number of muggings using mopeds this summer. Although crime in the area is generally low, this new spate of crimes has started to make people scared to walk our streets. Even more troubling are reports that police haven’t been coming to the scene when violent crimes like these are reported.
